1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the PortfolioVision application (the "App"), developed and operated by Stone Capital ("Stone Capital", "we", "us", "The Admin" or "our"). By accessing or using the App, the user ("User", "you") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Purpose of the Application

PortfolioVision is a financial analysis application designed to:

• Analyze portfolios of financial securities;
• Perform risk assessments;
• Calculate expected returns based on user-provided data;
• Generate simple, clear, and informative factsheets for individual portfolios.

The App is currently released as a beta version. As such, certain functionalities may be incomplete, subject to change, or experience interruptions.

The App is provided for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any form of recommendation.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Admin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply with this requirement.

4. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

All analyses, calculations, simulations, and outputs generated by PortfolioVision are based on data provided by the User and on quantitative models that, while developed with care and professional standards, may involve assumptions, simplifications, and inherent limitations.

Even where analytical models are designed to be accurate, input data may originate from public or third-party sources that may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, or incorrect. The Admin does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous updating of such data.

In addition, certain analyses may make use of artificial intelligence or automated tools, which may produce errors, inaccuracies, or so-called "hallucinations." For these reasons, Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify all information and results provided by the App before relying on them for any purpose.

Users are invited to inform the App administrators of any material or evident errors identified within the App.

The App does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management services, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instruments.

5. User Accounts and Authentication

To access the App, Users may be required to create an account. The App allows authentication through:

• Google Mail login;
• Microsoft Mail login.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

The App collects and processes the following personal data:

• Name;
• Surname;
• Email address;
• Physical address.

All personal data are processed in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable European Union privacy laws. Personal data are used solely for the operation, security, and communication purposes of the App.

7. Communications

PortfolioVision may send emails to Users for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Account-related communications;
• Service updates;
• Security notifications;
• Functional or informational messages related to the App.

The App does not send advertising or marketing communications.

8. Free Service and Absence of Advertising

The App is currently provided free of charge. PortfolioVision:

• Does not require any payment from Users;
• Does not display advertisements;
• Does not monetize user data for commercial or advertising purposes.

The Admin reserves the right, upon release of the final (non-beta) version of the App, to introduce paid services, subscription fees, or other forms of monetization, subject to prior notice and applicable law.

In such case, Users shall be free to decide whether to subscribe to the paid services or, alternatively, to delete their account at any time through the Settings section of the App, without obligation to subscribe.

9. Trusted Network and User Integrity

PortfolioVision operates as a trusted network. Fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles are strictly prohibited. The Admin reserves the right to:

• Reject account creation requests;
• Automatically suspend or delete accounts identified as fake, fraudulent, or non-compliant;
• Take any necessary action to protect the integrity and security of the App.

10. Account Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their profile at any time directly through the Settings section of the App. Upon deletion:

• The user account will be permanently removed;
• Personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with GDPR requirements and applicable legal obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and materials available within the App are the exclusive property of Stone Capital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Stone Capital does not guarantee that the App or its services will be constantly available, uninterrupted, error-free, or maintainable in the future. Stone Capital will never be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from any use of the App. Use of the App is entirely at the User's own risk.

The App and its related services are hosted by Base44.com, a third-party hosting provider based in San Francisco, California (United States of America). The availability, performance, continuity, and security of the App are therefore dependent, in whole or in part, on the services and infrastructure provided by such hosting provider. Stone Capital expressly decline any responsibility or liability for interruptions, unavailability, delays, data loss, malfunctions, or failures of the App or its services that are caused by, related to, or attributable to the hosting provider or other third-party service providers.

13. Modifications to the Terms

The Admin reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication within the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Italy.
